The Sablex Elite speed turnstile combines a durable stainless steel cabinet with transparent panels for modern access control. Powered by AI algorithms and a precision servo drive, it automatically adjusts passage width to suit different entry/exit requirements. Multiple optical sensors and advanced anti-tailgating technology prevent unauthorized access, making it ideal for high-traffic areas like airports, offices, and stadiums.
Model Description
Industrial CNC appearance design.
The rigid structure is formed through stainless steel laser cutting, CNC bending, and advanced processing technology, resulting in a simple and concise profile. Brushed SUS304 stainless steel enhances structural stability, and various color options are available. Two symmetrical transparent swing panels give the turnstile a slim, weightless appearance.
User-friendly detail integration.
Fine materials enhance stability performance, while precise optical elements implement a high level of security protection. Subtly concealed lighting guides passage effortlessly. Side covers are made of brushed SUS304 stainless steel, 1.5mm thick.
High-speed chip and AI-driven control.
A high-performance chip with an AI algorithm controls the mechanism, delivering a smooth motion curve, accurate positioning, steady start/stop, and anti-pinch protection. A triple-loop PID algorithm monitors torque, speed, and current position in real time. The turnstile opens in as little as 0.3 seconds, with a running deviation of no more than 0.2°.
Adjustable passage width.
Passage width is adjustable from a standard 600mm to 900mm — suitable for carts, luggage, or wheelchair users. Direction guidance is provided via red/green LED signals, complemented by blue ambient light strips along the panels.
