Full-height turnstile blocks passage for the entire height of a person. It is impossible to pass over or under the rotor, so such a turnstile is installed where passage must be physically closed, not just recorded by an access control system.
This is the main solution for the perimeter of enterprises, warehouse and industrial areas, energy facilities, stadiums, and transport hubs. Motorized models operate outdoors and do not require the constant presence of a security guard in the passage area.
What to look for when choosing:
- rotor type — Y-shaped (angle between bars 120°) or X-shaped (90°); throughput and ease of passage depend on this
- side barriers — a collapsible design simplifies transportation to the installation site, a version with solid welded walls is more resistant to unauthorized intrusion attempts
- number of passages — two-passage modifications (TWIN) organize entry and exit or two independent flows in one structure
- power failure mode — the power supply can be equipped with a battery; without it, the turnstile optionally switches to free passage mode, and a special key is provided for unlocking
- version — standard for indoor use and options for outdoor installation
The section includes the SESAME series in several modifications, as well as BICYCLONE, GLASSGO, HIGHWAY, PUSH&GO models and the SESAME GATE-W wicket for wide passage.
Turnstiles operate as part of any access control system; reader locations are under the top cover. Dimensions, materials, and operating conditions are given in the specifications of each model.
Order a calculation — an engineer will select the rotor type, barrier, and configuration for your perimeter.
