Privacy Policy
This Policy explains what personal data is collected on the stop-control.com website, for what purpose and on what legal basis it is processed, to whom it may be transferred, and how to exercise your rights.
1. Who processes your data
The controller of personal data is [FULL NAME], EDRPOU code [EDRPOU], located at [ADDRESS].
Send requests regarding personal data processing to [EMAIL FOR REQUESTS].
Processing is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection', and for individuals in the European Union, also in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU Regulation 2016/679).
2. What data we collect
Data you provide yourself by filling out the application form:
- name or company name;
- phone number;
- email address;
- message text and any information you choose to include in it.
Only the name and at least one contact method—phone or email—are mandatory. You fill in the remaining fields at your discretion. Please do not include information about health, religious beliefs, or other special category data in the message field: they are not needed for equipment selection.
Data recorded automatically with the application:
- IP address and information about the browser and device (User-Agent);
- the page address from which the application was sent and the language version of the site;
- the name of the equipment and its price at the time of the request—so that the offer matches what you saw;
- advertising transition tags (utm tags, Google Ads click identifiers), if you came to the site via an advertisement.
Cookies and similar technologies:
- technical files needed for the site to function and to protect forms from automated submissions—they are always set, without them the form does not work;
- a file with your choice regarding analytics—so that consent is not requested on every page;
- Google analytics and advertising files—only after your consent in the banner.
3. Purpose and legal basis for processing
Processing the application: contacting you, clarifying the task, selecting equipment, preparing a commercial proposal. Basis—taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection').
Performance of the contract and support of delivery, if cooperation took place. Basis—performance of the contract.
Protecting the site and forms from spam and automated submissions, ensuring information security. Basis—the legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Compliance with accounting, tax, and archival legislation regarding documents issued as a result of cooperation. Basis—compliance with a legal obligation.
Web analytics and evaluation of advertising effectiveness. Basis—solely your consent, provided in the cookie banner. Until consent is given, analytics and advertising scripts are not loaded on the site. You can withdraw consent at any time by changing your choice in the banner or clearing cookies in your browser.
4. Who data is shared with
Personal data is not sold or transferred to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Only service providers necessary for the operation of the site are involved in processing:
- [HOSTING PROVIDER]—hosting of the site and database;
- Cloudflare, Inc.—protection of forms from automated submissions (Turnstile service) and site delivery;
- Google Ireland Limited—web analytics and advertising measurement, if you have given consent;
- the email and corporate messenger provider through which the application is delivered to the responsible employee of the Company.
Data may also be provided to government authorities if explicitly required by law.
Since some of these providers have infrastructure outside Ukraine and the European Economic Area, transfer of data to third countries is possible. It occurs based on mechanisms provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR—primarily the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, which such providers include in their data processing terms.
5. How long data is stored
Application data is stored for [STORAGE PERIOD/CRITERION]. After this period ends, the application is anonymized: contact details are deleted, and anonymized information may remain in request statistics.
Documents issued as a result of cooperation are stored for the periods established by legislation on accounting and archival affairs, regardless of this Policy.
Cookie storage periods are determined by their type and are specified in the banner settings; you can delete them using your browser at any time.
6. Your rights
Regarding your personal data, you have the right to:
- know what data about you is processed, for what purpose, and to whom it is transferred;
- obtain access to this data and a copy of it;
- request correction of inaccurate or completion of incomplete data;
- request deletion of data if there is no legal basis for further processing;
- request restriction of processing while the validity of an objection is being verified;
- object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest;
- receive your data in a structured format or request its transfer to another controller, if technically possible;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent—this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, send a request to [EMAIL FOR REQUESTS]. A response is provided within the period established by law. To avoid disclosing your data to a third party, we may ask you to confirm your identity.
7. Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe that the processing of your data violates the law, you can file a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. Individuals in the European Union can contact the data protection supervisory authority in their place of residence, work, or where the alleged violation occurred.
8. Data protection
Only employees of the Company who need it for their work have access to applications. The connection to the site is protected by HTTPS, forms are protected from automated submissions, and actions with data in the administrative panel are logged.
However, no method of transmitting data over the internet is absolutely secure, so the Company cannot guarantee complete security of data during transmission over communication channels that it does not own.
9. Data of minors
The site is addressed to representatives of companies and organizations and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data of individuals under 16 years of age.
