The Gate-STE mechanical wicket gate with an electromagnetic lock is an effective entry solution for controlling one-way passage. The telescopic arm can extend to a width of up to 1000mm, making it ideal for installations where the passage width is not specified in advance.
How it works.
The gate is equipped with an electromagnetic lock that keeps the arm locked in the closed position. To pass in the permitted direction, the user simply pushes the gate. Once passage is complete, the arm automatically returns to its starting position via a spring mechanism — no additional maintenance required for the return function.
Fail-safe unlocking for emergency exit.
In the event of a power failure, the gate arm automatically unlocks for free passage — allowing Gate-STE to also serve as an emergency exit route, an important advantage from a fire-safety perspective.
Adjustable width for any passage.
The telescopic arm design allows the gate to be installed where the exact passage width is not known in advance, providing flexibility at the design and installation stage.
