Sesame-A Twin is a dual-lane version of the full-height turnstile, built for sites where a large number of people pass through a single checkpoint daily and one lane simply isn't enough. Its two rotors, housed in a single cabinet, can be configured either way: split traffic into separate entry and exit flows, or let both lanes operate independently, functioning like two standalone turnstiles side by side.
Airlock mode for higher-security sites.
A dedicated feature is the "airlock" (gateway) mode, where passage is only granted after dual identity verification. That's a level of control ordinary single-lane models simply can't offer, and it's what pushes Sesame-A Twin into the category of solutions for sites with elevated security needs, rather than just a "bigger" turnstile.
A rotor choice that matches your throughput.
The turnstile is available with a Y-type rotor (120° between arms) or an X-type rotor (90°) — the choice affects passage speed for a given flow of people. Side panels can be ordered demountable (the standard configuration, convenient for transport) or fully welded, for extra rigidity at sites with a higher risk of mechanical impact.
Predictable behavior on power loss.
The power unit supports connecting a backup battery for uninterrupted operation. Without a battery, if power is lost the turnstile defaults to a locked state — passage is blocked until staff release it with a special key; a free-exit mode can also be configured as an option, if that matters more for a given site.
Ready for any access control system.
Sesame-A Twin works within any access control system on the market, and the construction is designed for either indoor (standard) or outdoor (optional) installation.
