Onyx-XL stands apart from the rest of the Onyx lineup not through its looks, but through its internal logic: it's an all-in-one construct, designed to turn the turnstile itself into the hub of an entire access-control point rather than just a standalone mechanical barrier.
Room for any add-on equipment.
Controllers, barcode or fingerprint scanners, coin acceptors, card acceptors, ticket and receipt printers — all of this fits easily inside the cabinet, giving you a fully functional ticketing or checkpoint station without extra stands or add-on structures around the turnstile.
An advertising surface instead of an empty stand.
The lower part of the cabinet is set up as a lightbox — space for advertising or informational messages. This is especially useful at high-traffic sites like stadiums, exhibition centers, or transport hubs, where every turnstile also becomes a point of contact with the audience.
The same reliable mechanism as the rest of the Onyx line.
The arms are driven by a fully automatic bidirectional servo mechanism with a sturdy locking system, and the hub is made of stainless steel — the turnstile is built for uninterrupted operation even with a heavy daily number of passages. The automatic anti-panic system drops the arms when an alarm signal comes in, clearing the way, and returns on its own once the alarm ends.
